Hexagon have completed Phase 1 of a refurbishment of an exclusive mansion block apartment next door to Le Gavroche in the heart of Mayfair.

The facades have been restored with specialist stone cleaning techniques. Roof repairs and overhaul of all external architectural features have been carried out.

Phase 2 is now underway. This includes a comprehensive internal refurbishment of the communal areas including re-wiring, smoke alarm systems and new stone flooring to the grand lobby spaces.
